There is no craft or exploration in the world of design that moves me as deeply as the study of form and light. My drawings and paintings often come as a surprise — I never plan their appearance, and that spontaneity allows them to take on diverse shapes and styles. When I paint, I don’t think about how I’m painting; it feels more like walking, letting the body move on its own, and delighting in the realization that I’m not the one creating — I’m simply allowing creation to happen.
